Anyone living or working in the Netherlands is entitled to basic-package care, regulated by the Health Insurance Act (Zvw). Reimbursement requires a letter from your GP with a GGZ or SGGZ diagnosis, plus a copy of your ID. The healthcare performance model applied is the Zorg Prestatie Model.
The rates below apply to private programmes (paid directly, without going through insurance). For programmes reimbursed by Dutch health insurance, the actual cost depends on your policy: see the Insurance section above.

€115Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at €55. As a general guideline, the cost of a course of therapy should not exceed one third of your income: let us talk about it if the rates are an obstacle.

Private individual sessions start from €65 per session (depending on weekly frequency), €75 for a single consultation and from €110 for couples sessions. The full list of rates is in the Rates section.
The Amsterdam practice serves those based in the Netherlands. If you are in Italy, Dr Filomena sees clients in Carovigno (Puglia) and online: psicote.it. If you live elsewhere, there is the international online service.
Online sessions take place on Whereby (whereby.com), a GDPR-compliant video-conferencing platform. You join through a link, directly from your browser.
Sessions are held in Italian or English, as needed, designed for the Italian and international community living in Amsterdam and the Netherlands.

If a session is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, it is charged at €55.
